Postage rates £2.50 for bird feeders, and tea-cups, 90p for Eric birds.

Orders placed before 10am will usually be processed the same working day.

Standard delivery via Royal mail, and applies to UK mainland only.

Payment is via Paypal, but you don't need an account with them, just pay with credit or debit card, or we can accept payment by cheque sent to:

DELIVERY WILL NORMALLY TAKE 2-5 WORKING DAYS FROM WHEN THE ORDER IS PROCESSED. However during very busy times, delivery may take longer.

Returns Policy

For your protection and peace of mind, we recommend you use a recorded delivery service to return items, and ensure that the compensation value covers the value of the item.

To get a full refund, please inform us within 7 days or receipt of delivery and  return the item to us in its original condition, in its original packaging within 28 days of ordering. We will refund within 28 days.

If the item has been damaged, used or is not returned in its original packaging, we reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value if the item needs to be reduced in price for resale.
